Castro and Chavez get a new plan

Oh those witty folks in Tinseltown! The Los Angeles TV station KTLA's website has been running a selection of pictures from the website FARK.com (motto: We don't make news - we mock it) showing Photoshopped versions of Cuban President Fidel Castro and Venezualan President Hugo Chavez reading different newspapers and other things. The original picture below shows them perusing the Havana paper Granma. But we like the one underneath it: could it be plans for world domination?
